This is very useful when the opponent is very tired 😂 I used it last Friday on a Friday league and dude couldn’t change direction fast enough so he screamed 😂 good one ☝️
This is called a "feint"… Yes it works, it's the basic of football and futsal, but it was actually poorly executed in the demonstration (which is okay it happens, I just don't get why you uploaded this take).
And it's not just about the step, you have to throw thr body weight and the shoulder too. And yes the ball needs to be on the outside of the other foot, or at least a bit more centered, or else like in that take, there is no space to "step" to.
I do this with the outside of my foot instead of the inside… Works better for me
